At CattlemanU, we strive to provide quality products that meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, sale items, and items marked “final sale” are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size, color, or a similar item, exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase date. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and customers can also choose to receive store credit for future purchases. Once we receive your item, we will send out the replacement or issue store credit and confirm with a tracking number. Shipping for exchanges will be the customers’ responsibility.

NOTE: for pre order items, shipping occurs within four weeks of your purchase date due to production time. Fulfillment Time

Orders are processed and packed within 2-4 business days. Please note that some items are on presale. For presale items, please allow up to four weeks for production and for the apparel to be ready to ship from the ranch. Once received at the ranch, they will ship within 2-4 business days. During high-demand periods fulfillment times may extend slightly. We strive to keep you informed of any delays and thank you for your patience.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@cattlemanu.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

I can’t make a purchase now, will these items be available long term?

Sadly, not all of our items on our drops will always be available. We expect to keep apparel, hats, and travel mugs available for purchase anytime however our other specialty items are a limited quantity and once sold out there will be no restock. Don’t worry, we plan to have seasonal drops so check us out come spring!
